Returns

Goods that are incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost.

If a replacement of the product is not possible (due to either quality issues, or being discontinued), a full refund will be given.

If you wish to return an unwanted/damaged item, you have 7 days to return the item from the date it was received.

A 15% handling fee will be charged after 7 days on all goods returned.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days – Faulty goods will be taken for repair.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must;

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item must also have the receipt or proof of purchase attached, or in the item’s packaging, when making a return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund after we have inspected the item.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s internal policies.

Typically, you can expect your refund within 4-5 working days.

 

Warranties

New phones carry a backed repair-warranty. These warranties usually cover between 6-24 months.

We will send the product to the specific manufacturer which has a warranty for the product, this process usually takes approximately 10-15 working days.

As for CPO & Refurbished units,  they do not have/carry a warranty unless it is stated in the product details or description.

Shipping

Our Courier fee charges a flat rate of R150.00 in South Africa. Orders should take between 2-5 working days to be delivered depending on where you’re located.

***PLEASE NOTE: If an order is placed on FRIDAY AFTER 3 P.M, your order will be processed and SHIPPED ON MONDAY***

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
